REFUND POLICY

InHomeArt strives to achieve the highest level of customer service. We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase from us. If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased online, you may return the unused item within 14 days for a refund of the purchase price.

Sale/discounted items are not eligible for a refund.

Items must be returned in new condition, in original packaging (whenever possible) and with all paperwork, parts and accessories to ensure full credit.

You can expect a refund within 14 days of our receiving your returned product. You will be refunded the shipping cost if the return is a result of a manufacturer error or a shipping error on our part.


Return Instructions:

1)  All products must be returned in the same condition it was received, in original packaging (whenever possible), and with all paperwork, parts and accessories to ensure full credit.

2)  Enclose your order number, customer name, and address with the item.

3)  All return postage is the responsibility of the buyer. We do not accept C.O.D. (Cash on Delivery) due to the high cost. For your protection, we recommend that you use Express Post or Registered Mail.
